Owned and operated by a healthcare recruiter, SAP Referral Services (SRS) has the expertise needed to recruit and retain Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs). SAP Referral Services has a department solely dedicated to recruiting Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) that meet the Department of Transportations Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 and are experienced at performing DWI/DUI evaluations. SAP Referral Services (SRS) is vigilant about their credentialing process. Prior to SAP Referral Services (SRS) utilizing a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), all licenses are verified with the appropriate issuing authority and all DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) training and testing qualification certificates are confirmed. Each Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) is required to produce proof of current professional liability insurance with minimum limits of 1m/3m. SAP Referral Services utilizes an internal software program for tracking and re-credentialing. All Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) licenses, certificates and insurance are reviewed on a revolving annual basis and are verified accordingly. When a client company contacts SAP Referral Services with a need for a DOT substance abuse referral, SAP Referral Services acts as that clients “Service Agent” absorbing the burden of providing a list of DOT qualified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) directly to the applicant/employee. Acting as the clients “Service Agent” SAP Referral Services supplies the applicant/employee with a list of names, addresses and phone numbers of readily available Department of Transportation (DOT) qualified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) within the applicant/employees geographic area. DOT Compliant SAP Evaluations SAP Referral Services (SRS) affiliate Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) perform face to face evaluations within your employees geographic area. DWI/DUI Compliant Substance Abuse Evaluations SAP Referral Services (SRS) affiliate Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) meet all clinical licensing requirements, perform face to face evaluations and complete all state DWI/DUI required documentation. DOT Compliant Recommendations SAP Referral Services (SRS) affiliate Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) make recommendations for treatment and/or education as required by the Department of Transportations (DOT) or state DWI/DUI guidelines. DOT Compliance Reporting SAP Referral Services (SRS) affiliate Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) monitor and report on all compliance issues as required by the Department of Transportations (DOT) guidelines. Documentation SAP Referral Services (SRS) maintains a secure centralized filing system of all records for five (5) years as required by the Department of Transportations (DOT) guidelines. Return to Duty Evaluations SAP Referral Services (SRS) affiliate Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) perform face to face follow-up evaluations within your employees geographic area as required by the Department of Transportations (DOT) guidelines.
