  • Assistance in connecting to recommendations


  • Confirmation of compliance to treatment and/or education


  • Written DOT compliant reports


  • Follow-up face to face substance abuse evaluation


  • Recommendations to return to safety sensitive duty


  • Recommendations for follow-up testing
